Most ready-made items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Personalized, custom, handmade, laser-engraved, embroidered, or 3D printed items may require additional time depending on the item, design, and order volume. If an item has a longer turnaround time, it will be noted in the product description whenever possible.

During busy seasons, holidays, or large order periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Estimated delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other issues outside of our control.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available in or near Mathiston, Mississippi when offered at checkout or arranged in advance. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before picking it up.

Because many of our products are personalized or made just for you, please double-check all names, dates, wording, spelling, colors, and design details before placing your order.

We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer at checkout or during customization.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can review the issue.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local post office, carrier, household members, neighbors, or delivery location. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
